Jenna has been working with the Safe and Sound Protocol since 2017 and brings years of experience in supporting clients’ nervous systems through sound-based therapies. And nearly 2 decades of experience supporting clients with other trauma informed and somatic therapies. Jenna started using the Rest and Restore Protocol in January 2025 and noticed significant improvements in sleep and overall ease within the first eight weeks. She loves using it before bed to help her body settle and unwind, appreciating the deep muscular relaxation it provides. As an early provider of the program, Jenna has had the privilege of learning directly from Dr. Stephen Porges and Anthony Gorry the developers, about how the protocol works and how it complements other therapies.
What to Expect
